SHIPPING POLICY

Effective from 17 August 2026.

1. The store delivers to European Union member states and the United States. Available methods, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout.
2. Orders are prepared within up to 2 business days.
3. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days to European Union member states and 7–14 business days to the United States.
4. Total estimated delivery time includes preparation and transit. Transit times are estimates unless a specific date is expressly guaranteed.
5. A tracking number is provided where the carrier offers tracking.
6. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels without additional charges unless stated otherwise before purchase.
7. If a parcel is visibly damaged, the customer should photograph it and contact the store. Failure to obtain a damage report does not remove a consumer’s statutory rights.
8. If a parcel is not collected or an incorrect address was provided, the store will contact the customer about further steps and any reasonable reshipping costs.
