Privacy policy
PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
Effective from 17 August 2026.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
The controller of personal data is OKAZORA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Partyzantów 17/116, 75-411 Koszalin, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP) 6692593544, REGON 545233794, KRS 0001253760. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@okazora.eu or to the registered address.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Personal data may be processed to:
• conclude and perform a contract, process orders and payments, deliver goods, and handle returns and complaints — for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps;
• comply with accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations — to meet legal obligations;
• respond to enquiries, ensure security and protect legal claims — on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests;
• provide customer accounts and store features — for contractual performance or legitimate interests;
• send newsletters and marketing communications — on the basis of consent where required;
• measure store effectiveness and use analytics or advertising — on the basis of consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies where required.
Data may include identification and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order and payment information, communication history, online identifiers and consent records. The store does not retain full payment-card details where payments are handled by an external provider.
3. RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Recipients may include Shopify as the ecommerce platform provider, Shopify Payments and Shop Pay for payments and accelerated checkout, PayPal for payments, carriers and logistics operators, and providers of hosting, email, customer service, accounting and security services.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on a valid legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider and processing location.
4. RETENTION
Order and accounting records are retained for periods required by tax and accounting law. Contract and claim-related data may be retained until the applicable limitation periods expire. Marketing data are processed until consent is withdrawn, an effective objection is made or the relevant marketing activity ends.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, data subjects may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict their data, to data portability, to object, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Providing data is voluntary, but information marked as required is necessary to conclude and perform a contract or handle a request.
6. COOKIES
Essential cookies support security, the cart, sessions and checkout. Analytics, functional and advertising cookies are used only after any required consent has been obtained.
Consent may be granted, refused or withdrawn through the store’s privacy settings. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Restricting essential cookies in the browser may prevent the store from working correctly.
7. AUTOMATED DECISIONS
The store does not declare that it makes decisions producing legal effects for customers solely by automated means. If relevant profiling is introduced, this policy will be updated with the information required by law.
8. CHANGES
This policy may be updated when the law, store features or service providers change. The current version and effective date are displayed in the store.
