4. Use of the store requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and an active email address.
5. Customers must not provide unlawful content or interfere with the operation of the store.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

1. Product information is an invitation to conclude a contract. A sales contract is concluded after the order is submitted and the customer receives confirmation that it has been accepted for fulfilment.
2. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Delivery charges are shown before the order is placed.
3. Images are illustrative. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. The features and variant stated in the description and order summary are binding.
4. Where required by law, a price reduction will show the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

1. The customer selects a product and variant, adds it to the cart, provides the required details, selects delivery and payment, accepts these Terms and submits the order using a button indicating an obligation to pay.
2. Before submitting the order, the customer may review and correct the information. Order confirmation is sent by email.
3. The seller may contact the customer if fulfilment requires clarification of details, the selected variant or product availability.

4. PAYMENTS

1. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Electronic payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and PayPal in accordance with their terms.
2. If payment is not completed within the time shown during checkout, the order may be cancelled after prior notice where payment is required to begin fulfilment.

5. DELIVERY

1. Delivery is available to European Union member states and the United States using the methods offered at checkout.
2. Orders are prepared within up to 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days to the EU and 7–14 business days to the United States. Charges and estimated times are shown before purchase.
3. Items in one order may be shipped separately without additional charges unless stated otherwise before purchase.
4. Customers should provide a complete and correct address and promptly report any error.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Consumers and sole traders acting with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the goods.
2. A clear statement must be sent before the deadline to info@okazora.eu or by post to the seller’s address. Use of a model withdrawal form is optional.
3. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying the seller to: OKAZORA SP. Z O.O., ul. Partyzantów 17/116, 75-411 Koszalin, Poland. Contact before shipment helps identify the return but is not a condition of withdrawal.
4. The customer bears the direct return cost unless the seller agrees otherwise or did not provide the legally required information.
5. The seller refunds payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return shipment are received.
6. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless the customer agrees to another method without additional cost.
7. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Statutory exclusions apply only in cases provided by law, including made-to-specification goods or sealed hygiene goods after opening where all statutory conditions are met.

7. COMPLAINTS AND CONFORMITY

1. The seller is liable for lack of conformity of goods with the contract under applicable consumer law.
2. Complaints may be sent to info@okazora.eu or to the registered address. It is helpful to provide the order number, issue description, date noticed, requested remedy and contact details. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase.
3. The consumer may request repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
4. The seller responds to consumer complaints within 14 days. Statutory repair, replacement and collection costs are borne by the seller.
5. A manufacturer’s warranty does not limit statutory rights against the seller.

8. ELECTRONIC SERVICES

1. The store may provide customer accounts, a contact form, newsletters and order notifications.
2. These services are free unless expressly stated otherwise. Newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time using the link in the message or by contacting the seller.
3. Complaints about electronic services may be sent to info@okazora.eu.

9. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from the competent Polish Trade Inspection authority, a consumer ombudsman or a consumer organisation. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the relevant institutions.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights arising under the law of the customer’s habitual residence.
2. These Terms may be amended for important reasons such as changes in law, payment or delivery methods, store functionality or seller details. Amendments do not affect acquired rights or orders placed before they take effect.
