What are the delivery costs in Poland?
Standard delivery costs PLN 20. Standard delivery is free for orders of at least PLN 200. Express delivery is also available for PLN 65. Final available options are always shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Okazora supports international sales across a broad range of countries and regions. The current standard international delivery rate for supported destinations is PLN 71, and Shopify may display the equivalent in a local currency. Availability for a specific country, product and delivery method is always confirmed at checkout. See International delivery.
Can customs duties or taxes apply outside the EU?
Yes. Customs duties, import taxes or other charges required by the destination country may apply. If they are not included in the price or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient under local regulations.
Can I track my parcel?
After dispatch, we provide a tracking number when the selected carrier supports tracking for that shipment and destination.
Can I return a product?
Consumers and eligible sole traders acting with consumer rights may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with our Return Policy and Terms of Service.

Do prices include tax?
Prices are displayed according to the applicable Shopify Market settings. For customers in Poland, displayed prices are gross prices. In other countries, tax display and any import charges may depend on local rules and market configuration. The binding order summary is shown before the order is placed.
How do I choose the correct product variant?
Select the correct color, model, size or set on the product page before adding the item to the cart. For products compatible with a specific device, verify the exact model before purchasing.
