REFUND AND COMPLAINT POLICY

Effective from 17 August 2026.

14-DAY WITHDRAWAL

Consumers and sole traders acting with consumer rights may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. A clear withdrawal statement may be sent to info@okazora.eu or by post to the seller’s registered address.

After giving notice, the goods must be returned within a further 14 days to: OKAZORA SP. Z O.O., ul. Partyzantów 17/116, 75-411 Koszalin, Poland. Contacting us before shipment helps us match the return to the order but is not a condition of exercising the right of withdrawal.

The refund includes the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. The customer bears the direct return shipping cost unless the store states otherwise. The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement and may be withheld until the goods or evidence of their return shipment are received.

The product may be inspected in the same way as in a physical shop. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exclusions apply only in cases specified by law.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints may be sent to info@okazora.eu or to the registered address. Please include the order number, a description of the issue, the requested remedy, contact details and, where possible, photographs. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase.

If goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer may request repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The seller responds to consumer complaints within 14 days. As a rule, the seller remains liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Statutory repair, replacement and collection costs are borne by the seller.
