Delivery in Poland and worldwide
Okazora delivers to countries and regions available during checkout. Delivery availability is verified by Shopify for the selected address and products.
Delivery costs
- Poland - standard: PLN 20
- Poland - standard for orders from PLN 200: PLN 0
- Poland - express: PLN 65
- International delivery: PLN 71
Depending on the market, Shopify may display the equivalent rate in a local currency. The binding delivery price is always shown before an order is placed.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within up to 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout. Transit time depends on the destination country, warehouse, carrier and any customs clearance.
Tracking
After dispatch, we provide a tracking number when the carrier offers tracking for the relevant shipment and destination.
Split shipments
Items from one order may be shipped separately, particularly when they are fulfilled from different warehouses. This does not result in additional delivery charges unless clearly stated before purchase.
Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges. If these are not included in the price or collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient under the rules of the destination country.
Restrictions
Sales and shipping are available only where legally permitted and logistically possible. Not every product is necessarily available to every destination. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and refund the payment for the unfulfilled order.
